- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
- Interesse an sozialer und inklusiver Arbeit
- Empathie und Offenheit für unterschiedliche Lebensrealitäten
- Bereitschaft zu selbstständigem Arbeiten
- Keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich
- Individuelle Unterstützung wird bereitgestellt
