Wer ist das LAAMKA Team?
Wer ist Selbstbestimmt Autistisch 2019 e.V.
Der Wunsch nach einem anderen Leben ist in uns über die Jahre gewachsen.
Doch bevor klar war, wohin dieser Weg führt, mussten wir erst verstehen, was uns wirklich berührt – und was wir genau suchen.
Nicht nur ein Ort.
Sondern ein Lebensgefühl.
Ein Alltag, der trägt.
Ein Rhythmus, der möglich ist.
Ein Raum, in dem Leben einfacher wird.
Auf diesem Weg wurden ganz praktische Fragen wichtig:
Wie leben wir?
Wie arbeiten wir?
Welche Kosten entstehen?
Welche rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen brauchen wir?
Wie funktioniert Sprache, Alltag, Gemeinschaft?
Und während wir das alles sortiert haben, sind zwei Orte immer wieder aufgetaucht:
Thailand und Sizilien.
Beide haben uns auf unterschiedliche Weise berührt.
Thailand fühlen wir tief.
Mit jeder Facette unseres Seins.
Und gleichzeitig wurde immer klarer:
Die strukturellen Anforderungen sind groß.
Visa, Arbeit, Organisation, langfristige Stabilität und Entfernung – alles ist möglich, aber komplex.
Sizilien hingegen fühlt sich anders an.
Nicht fremd.
Nicht neu.
Sondern vertraut.
Der Alltag, das Lebensgefühl, der Rhythmus – wir kennen diesen Raum.
Er ist uns nicht unbekannt, sondern innerlich bereits vorhanden.
Und genau das macht einen entscheidenden Unterschied.
Denn hier wird vieles nicht zur Hürde.
Es ist bereits Teil des Lebens.
Mit dieser Klarheit ist die Entscheidung gewachsen.
Wir gehen nach Sizilien.
Nicht als Notnagel.
Nicht als fertiges Ziel.
Sondern als bewusster Schritt in ein Leben, das möglich ist – jetzt.
Und von dort aus sehen wir weiter.
Un percorso verso una nuova vita
Il desiderio di una vita diversa è cresciuto dentro di noi nel corso degli anni.
Ma prima di capire dove questo cammino ci avrebbe condotti, abbiamo dovuto comprendere cosa ci toccasse davvero nel profondo e cosa stessimo realmente cercando.
Non semplicemente un luogo.
Ma un modo di vivere.
Una quotidianità che sostenga.
Un ritmo possibile.
Uno spazio in cui la vita possa diventare più semplice.
Durante questo percorso sono emerse anche domande molto concrete:
Come vogliamo vivere?
Come vogliamo lavorare?
Quali costi dovremo affrontare?
Di quali condizioni giuridiche abbiamo bisogno?
Come funzionano la lingua, la vita quotidiana e la comunità?
E mentre cercavamo risposte, due luoghi sono tornati continuamente nei nostri pensieri:
la Thailandia e la Sicilia.
Entrambi ci hanno toccato profondamente, ma in modi diversi.
La Thailandia la sentiamo nel cuore.
In ogni parte del nostro essere.
Eppure, con il tempo, è diventato sempre più chiaro che le condizioni strutturali rappresentano una grande sfida.
Visti, lavoro, organizzazione, stabilità a lungo termine e distanza:
tutto è possibile, ma complesso.
La Sicilia, invece, ci trasmette una sensazione diversa.
Non è qualcosa di estraneo.
Non è qualcosa di nuovo.
È qualcosa di familiare.
La vita quotidiana, il modo di vivere, il ritmo della vita:
conosciamo già questo spazio.
Non ci è sconosciuto.
Esiste già dentro di noi.
Ed è proprio questo a fare la differenza.
Perché qui molte cose non diventano un ostacolo.
Fanno già parte della vita.
Da questa consapevolezza è maturata la nostra decisione.
Andremo in Sicilia.
Non come una soluzione di ripiego.
Non come una meta già raggiunta.
Ma come una scelta consapevole verso una vita che è possibile – già oggi.
E da lì continueremo a guardare avanti.

Das LAAMKA-Team ist der aktive Kern von Selbstbestimmt Autistisch 2019 e.V., einem unabhängigen, national und international tätigen Verein mit Sitz in Deutschland.
Es vereint Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Hintergründen:
- Eltern autistischer Kinder
- Autismus-Fachkräfte
- Pädagoginnen und Systemkennerinnen
- Menschen mit eigener gelebter Erfahrung im Autismus-Spektrum
- Veränderungsgestalter*innen im sozialen Bereich
Unsere Stärke liegt in der Verbindung von Fachwissen und gelebtem Alltag. Wir verstehen Systeme – und wir verstehen die Realität der Familien, die darin leben.
Konstanze Klüglich – Initiatorin & Vorstand
Im Zentrum steht Konstanze Kläglich, Gründerin und Vorstand von Selbstbestimmt Autistisch 2019 e.V. sowie Initiatorin von LumaTruePath.
Mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung in inklusiven Entwicklungsprozessen, Elternbegleitung und Projektarbeit bringt sie umfassende fachliche und menschliche Kompetenz ein.
Sie hat den Verein Selbstbestimmt Autistisch 2019 e.V. gegründet und die Entwicklung von LAAMKA sowie LumaTruePath maßgeblich geprägt. Ihre Arbeit verbindet Struktur, Erfahrung und soziale Verantwortung mit einer klaren Haltung: Menschen stehen im Mittelpunkt, nicht Systeme.
Konstanze Kläglich steht für:

Unsere doppelte Perspektive
Unsere Arbeit basiert auf zwei Ebenen:

Viele im Team sind selbst Eltern autistischer Menschen oder arbeiten seit Jahren im sozialen, pädagogischen oder therapeutischen Bereich.
Diese Verbindung ermöglicht:

- Nähe statt Distanz
Unser Wirken
Als Verein sind wir aktiv in:
- Beratung von Familien und Fachstellen
- Entwicklung von Hilfsmitteln, Wohn- und Unterstützungsformen
- Krisenintervention und Alltagsbegleitung
- Fortbildungen und Vorträgen
- gesellschaftlicher und politischer Aufklärungsarbeit
Unser Ziel ist es, Strukturen zu verändern, in denen autistische Menschen leben.
LumaTruePath – ein neuer Lebensraum entsteht
LumaTruePath entwickelt sich aus dieser Arbeit heraus zu einem eigenständigen Projekt.
Im Mittelpunkt steht eine Lebensgemeinschaft, in der Menschen gleichberechtigt zusammenleben:
- autistische Menschen
- Angehörige
- Unterstützer*innen
Jede Person bringt ihre Fähigkeiten ein – in der Begleitung, im Alltag, in der Küche, im Garten, in der Kreativität oder im Handwerk.
So entsteht ein Ort, der sich langfristig selbst tragen kann – durch Gemeinschaft, Zusammenarbeit und gegenseitige Unterstützung.
Von der Gemeinschaft zum Erlebnisraum
Aus dieser Lebensgemeinschaft entsteht Schritt für Schritt ein neuer Ort:
- Urlaub für autistische Menschen und Familien
- Rückzugs- und Erholungsräume
- fachlich begleitete Aufenthalte
- ein sicherer Raum für echte Entlastung
- Ein Ort zum Leben
Alles basiert auf gelebter Erfahrung – nicht auf theoretischen Konzepten
Wie es umgesetzt wird ist derzeit noch offen.
Aufbauphase
Wir beginnen bewusst klein:
- wenige Bungalows
- ein zentrales Haus
- eine wachsende Gemeinschaft
Von dort aus entwickelt sich LumaTruePath Schritt für Schritt weiter – zuerst als Lebens- und Arbeitsgemeinschaft, später als Ort für Gäste aus aller Welt.
Beratung als Kern unserer Arbeit
Ein zentrales Element wird die individuelle Beratung sein:
- für Familien mit autistischen Kindern
- für Fachkräfte und Einrichtungen
- für Menschen in Überlastungssituationen
- für neue inklusive Arbeits- und Lebensmodelle
Unsere Beratung schafft Brücken zwischen Lebensrealitäten und hilft, konkrete Lösungen im Alltag umzusetzen.

LumaTruePath entwickelt ein neues Verständnis von Reisen:

Il team LAAMKA rappresenta il nucleo attivo di Selbstbestimmt Autistisch 2019 e.V., un'associazione indipendente con sede in Germania e attiva a livello nazionale e internazionale.
Riunisce persone con esperienze e percorsi diversi:
genitori di figli autistici;
professionisti specializzati nell'autismo;
pedagogisti ed esperti dei sistemi sociali ed educativi;
persone con esperienza diretta nello spettro autistico;
promotori del cambiamento nel settore sociale.
La nostra forza nasce dall'unione tra competenza professionale ed esperienza vissuta. Comprendiamo i sistemi, ma soprattutto comprendiamo la realtà quotidiana delle famiglie che vivono al loro interno.

Con oltre trent'anni di esperienza nei processi inclusivi, nell'accompagnamento delle famiglie e nello sviluppo di progetti sociali, mette a disposizione competenze professionali e profonde qualità umane.
Ha fondato Selbstbestimmt Autistisch 2019 e.V. e ha contribuito in modo determinante allo sviluppo di LAAMKA e di LumaTruePath.
Il suo lavoro unisce struttura, esperienza e responsabilità sociale a una convinzione chiara:

Come associazione operiamo in diversi ambiti:
consulenza a famiglie e professionisti;

interventi in situazioni di crisi e accompagnamento nella vita quotidiana;

sensibilizzazione sociale e culturale.
Il nostro obiettivo è contribuire a trasformare le strutture nelle quali vivono le persone autistiche.
LumaTruePath – nasce un nuovo spazio di vita
Da questo percorso prende forma LumaTruePath, un progetto autonomo e in continua evoluzione.
Al centro vi è una comunità di vita in cui convivono, con pari dignità:
persone autistiche;
familiari;
sostenitori e collaboratori.
Ogni persona contribuisce con le proprie capacità: nell'accompagnamento, nella vita quotidiana, nella cucina, nel giardino, nelle attività creative o artigianali.
Così nasce un luogo capace, nel tempo, di sostenersi attraverso la collaborazione, la comunità e il reciproco aiuto.
Dalla comunità a uno spazio di esperienza
Da questa comunità nascerà progressivamente un nuovo luogo:
vacanze per persone autistiche e famiglie;
spazi di tranquillità e rigenerazione;
soggiorni accompagnati professionalmente;
un ambiente sicuro che offra un reale sollievo;
un luogo in cui vivere.
Tutto questo nasce dall'esperienza vissuta e non da modelli esclusivamente teorici.
La forma concreta della sua realizzazione è ancora in fase di sviluppo.
Una crescita graduale
Iniziamo volutamente in modo semplice:
pochi bungalow;
una casa centrale;
una comunità in crescita.
Da qui LumaTruePath continuerà a svilupparsi passo dopo passo: inizialmente come comunità di vita e di lavoro, successivamente come luogo di accoglienza per ospiti provenienti da tutto il mondo.
La consulenza come cuore del nostro lavoro
Uno degli elementi centrali sarà la consulenza individuale:
per famiglie con figli autistici;
per professionisti e strutture;
per persone in situazioni di sovraccarico;
per nuovi modelli inclusivi di vita e di lavoro.
La nostra consulenza crea ponti tra le diverse realtà di vita e aiuta a trovare soluzioni concrete e praticabili.

LumaTruePath desidera sviluppare una nuova idea di viaggio:
adattata alle esigenze delle persone autistiche;
con pochi stimoli, sicura e strutturata;
accompagnata individualmente;

Menschen mit Autismus benötigen einen Ort der Ruhe und Beständigkeit. Meistens steckt man Sie da hin, wo gerade ein Platz frei ist da es viel zu wenige Orte gibt.
Diese Situation in Deutschland, ist aus vielerlei Gründen so nicht zu akzeptieren. So entstand der Wunsch diesen Ort zu schaffen.
